How do I return an item? Direct Uniform has a 30 Day Return Policy. We will gladly accept returns or exchanges for 30 days after purchase. Items must be in new condition with hang tags must be in place, and shoes boxes intact. Items can not be returned if they have been worn, washed or damaged. Customers will be responsible for return postage, however Direct Uniform will ship your exchange for FREE! Please contact our office with any questions or concerns. Thank you! |
